YSU’s Center for Bioscience Research is an interdisciplinary research facility founded on the idea that advances in scientific research translate into advances in society. Today, YSU students, faculty, and alumni are discovering solutions to Armenia’s most pressing socioeconomic issues. The core mission of the center is to bridge the connections between academia and entrepreneurship by adopting a practical and applied model of science research aimed at creating next-generation innovations for a diverse range of industries in Armenia, and the Caucasus region. The Center will advance scientific knowledge, transparently communicate research findings, develop practical education tools, and serve as a crucial resource to local and regional industry professionals and public leaders. We offer world-class Masters Programs, high-level research, hands-on training and a range of competitively priced professional services, including DNA fingerprinting and analysis, DNA sequencing, spectroscopy, and microscopy.
